Design Concept Modeling PLUS
For 3D printed parts that require smooth surface, high detail with higher bendability (elongation of 25~35%), approximately 4 times higher than Modeling Resins. Modeling Plus is more impact resistant and has better repeat assembling/fitting ability. The full rigid and pliable characteristic requires UV post-curing to reach its full material potential.
This video demonstrates the rigid and pliable characteristic of Modeling Plus Olive Gray, stretching and snapping back to grab the golf ball tightly. In another video, the same golf ball picker was put to a challenge of picking up a pool ball and executed perfectly, showing off its unique material properties.
Prototype Engineering
For 3D printed parts that can withstand compression and bending to simulate rubber like materials. Ideal for dampening, cushioning, wearable prototyping and stamping applications. UV post-curing is required. It’s the perfect materials for creating tires, cushions, handles, seals, soft joints, soles of footwear..etc.
